Please continue parts: 7-11, I will attach my 1-6 parts as your guidelines.
Instructions:
1.    Please design a questionnaires based on the number 5 and 6
a.    Must create a questionnaires based from each of the 4 hypotheses
b.    200-250 Questionnaires distributed

2.    Part 7, Define and describe how the questionnaires is distributed, Using SPSS as a data analysis software, etc.

3.    Part 8, Using SPSS to calculate the data based on the questionnaires
a.    Find the CORRELATION AND REGRESSION using SPSS software

4.    Part 9, Discuss the result and implications about the findings based on part 8

5.    Part 10, Conclusion and Recommendation for future research
6.    Part 11, attached the questionnaires that you design.
