BUTEYKO BREATHING FOR ASTHMA PATIENTS AND WHY ITS BENEFICIAL

It was on asthma and how BUTEYKO BREATHING may be good for asthma patients.
I was going to start it out ” I thought Kathy’s lecture on asthma was excellent. Since I am a massage therapist and soon to be changing careers as a respiratory therapist. I feel this breathing would be beneficial…I agree with alternative medicine or I am open to alternative medicine in conjuction with western medicine…etc…and then go into Buteyko breathing and why I am for it.
