the history of the periodic table of elements
Your goal is to write a brief summary of the history of the classification of elements (aka-periodic tables). In this summary, you are to discuss the contributions of the most prominent scientists to the classification of elements or changes that have been made to the periodic table over time as a result of their work. There are “seven” scientists (those seven are listed below) who are of the most importance, but it is okay to discuss others that you may come across during your research. The paper should be written in YOUR OWN WORDS, ONLY! The grading rubric is very simple for this assignment: 4 points for each scientist and their contributions for a total of 28 points. An additional 7 points are for relating the scientist’s work to the overall development of the current periodic table. The paper’s length should be no more than two or three pages. This paper must be submitted by Wednesday, January 16.
