1_Choose an organization in UAE ( perhaps, Emirates Airlines, DP World, Dubai Islamic Bank, or any other which will be easy for you to find their info online or create ideas from head and sounds realistic ).
2_ Identify Areas Improvement.
3_Choose a quality Improvement Approach, Six sigma, Kaizen, etc.
4_Set Up a quality Improvement Team and Select a team Leader
5_Hold a kick off meeting
6_Prepare a team charter (Should include answering the questions What, Why, Where, How and When)
7_Carry out the improvement
8_Prepare project Report

* Thorough assessment of the current situation
1_Data Collection
2_Data Analysis
3_Root Cause analysis etc.

*Clear and measurable targets (Objectives) :
1_What will success look like for the organization and the customers.
2_Clear Time frame.
3_Specific activities and tasks for all team members.
