Use any process from your personal working environment (or any other industry e.g. ADNOC, Etisalat, ADDC, Carrefour, HSBC etc.). Choose an existing process or implement your own process model. Use a process modelling notation like UML Activity Diagrams to model the process. It is important to provide an accurate model of the process. This model will be used for further analysis. Use a professional tool (e.g. Visio) that will accurately model the process using appropriate notation. Finally provide a narrative description/explanation of the process.
