For this project, I want to work with information resources problems and inefficiencies at Johns Hopkins Medicine in Baltimore. Specifically, their Epic Implementation. I want to dig into the impact of this implementation and give them recommendations on what other thigs they should consider in order to keep rolling this information resources initiative. I want to talk about effects on ERP, CRM, Customer intimacy, and taking advantage of big data to reduce inefficiencies and provide a higher level of patient care.
