1- Prepare a report on Fin-FET device. You may focus on any issue related to modeling, history, fabrication, simulation, performance, market, reliability, vendors, design issues, power, and so on.

2- The report should be more than 3 pages and less than 5 pages.

3- The preferred format is single column, font size 10 or 12, page margins 1 inch, line spacing 1.5.

4- You should not copy your report from any sources. You can use up to two photos or figures with proper citations.

5- You should provide your references at the end of the report.
