– They are five (5) to seven (7) pages, double-spaced. – They must have a thesis paragraph that indicates clearly what your argument is, and how you will develop that argument. – They must engage at least one of the texts and films substantially from the week. By “substantially” I mean going in depth in your analysis beyond what we do in class, and quoting the text when appropriate. – use evidence, key terms, and an in depth analysis as support instead of as the argument itself.
