Personal training

I have five questions that must be answered, each is independent of each other for a case study that I am working on. The questions are the following:

Phil Phillips is a red shirted sophomore for a college volleyball team. He dislocated his right shoulder during the pre-season and has been cleared by his physical therapist to begin training. Design a sample 12-week program that will help Phil get back in the game.

Jennifer Jones is the star softball pitcher for a major University. She tore her ACL during the off-season playing basketball. She has been cleared by her physical therapist to begin training. Design a 12-week program that will help Jennifer prepare for the upcoming season.

Jimmy Davis is hoping to make this high school basketball team. Design a 12-week training program to improve his jumping capacity and running speed.

Design a 6-week program for an athlete preparing for the NFL combine.

Design year-long training programs for TWO of the following six athletes.
