As stated within the week two summary, “the project requirements form the foundation upon which the balance of the project is built”. However, the needs of the stakeholders must be established and a project plan including costs and time frames need to be provided by the pProject Mmanagers. Further, project requirements should be defined in a crisp, clear, and measurable way, to ensure a Project Managerproject manager has a viable chance of staying within the boundaries of the project.
