When you mention the word communication it can be described in several different ways. A plain explicate is, communication is the process of transmitting, conveying or sending and accepting or receiving messages (Cheesebro, O’Connor, and Rios, 2010). It rally’s with the reciprocation of messages, data or ideas, either thru writing, signals, speech, behavior or kinesics. Communication can be undertaken either verbally or nonverbally. Verbal communication surrounds written and oral communication. Nonverbal communication may be performed by facial expressions, tone of voice, body posture or gestures, and eye contact.
