The name of the business chosen is “Photo Fly”. The business begins as partnership forming up the business of photography. This is a photography business that uses digital technology to provide its products and services. Its core business is to help people to keep visual information of their memorable events and even help them build up their own goods set of photos of a particular subject related to fashion, portraits, wedding, sport events, product photography and others. There are many products and services provided by Photo Fly to its customers locally and regionally. The Photo Fly has a digital site to display works and events shot to potential clients. It will use “photofly.com” as its website name. The website is visually appealing and showcase of the best work by Photo Fly. Photo Fly is also available accessing their services on mobile phones, computer and other Internet devices. There are problems that have been solved by Photo Fly. According to the customers, they can simply get the best price of the images and receive a CD from their photo session along with a copyright release those images. Customer can also view their photos online and order print in various sizes. The traditional methods of having to go print it out at the printing stores are slowly dying out and being replaced by digital platforms.

Photo Fly is a photography business based in home business and operates by four friends working together as a team. It is located in Melbourne, Australia. The business is taking places locally around Melbourne and Victoria region to provide its photography products and services to customers. It is a mass-market part of customer segments. The Photo Fly creates value for people in every groups of age that is willing to have their collections of photo in digital and hardcopy. These are the people who gain directly from the Photo Fly. The Photo Fly’s most important customers are the people who need photographs to mark the important events in their lives such as students, modelling, sport players, couple for wedding and many more communities that need professional photographing.
