Read Reading 13.1 “Retaining Talent: Replacing Misconceptions with Evidence-Based Strategies,” Allen et al., 2010), then answer the following:

Child Welfare has a notable problem with retention vs. turnover. Discuss how the guidelines for retention that Allen and colleagues suggest could be used to improve retention and or reduce turnover.
