Write a five- to seven-page paper in which you describe a cultural group that you are familiar with or have an interest in (for example: religion, race/ethnicity, social class, age, disability, sexual orientation). You may want to consider focusing on the group you will be using in your Cultural Plunge activity. Write about three of the following, and be sure to include at least two citations from the reading material in your paper:

a. What are some of the historical influences that may have had an impact on this culture?

b. What are the norms, rules, roles, and networks of that culture?

c. What are three opportunities and/or obstacles of being a member of that culture?

d. What are some of the opportunities and/or obstacles that this group faces in striving toward or against acculturation?

One will be on gay children and one will continue with the them we started with the theme in the learning activity.
