This final exam requires you to respond to two essay questions. You may use the textbook and any notes from class.
Read each question carefully and answer any legal claim(s) that may arise and any defense(s) that are applicable.  In answering the questions, please include three (3) cases, from the textbook only, for each essay question. Again, three cases should be cited for essay question 1 and three cases should be cited for essay question 2.
The final exam must be double-spaced and no smaller than 12 font.  Although there is no page limit, please be judicious in answering your questions.
