This project will investigatw changes in epigenetics signatures associated with depression and associated changes in gene and protein expression . the student will learn arange of experimental techniques including neural stem cell culture and chromatin immunoprecipitation and arange of bioinformatics skills including analysis of genome-wide sequencing data.
