The author is requested to prepare a Risk Management/Assessment report for a collection of artworks at Georgetown University in Qatar. The author will need to start broad and assess and analyse general conditions in Qatar – relative humidity, temperature, natural disasters, rain (water), fire, security (crime), pollution etc. This then needs to be zoomed in onto Georgetown University – where wind direction and sun direction during the day/year can affect artworks (maps/plans of the cite and the location of the artworks to be included along with risk sentences).
