Students are required to design either a SWOT or SOAR interview guide and use it to guide three interviews of people affiliated with the organization in which you are currently working(My choice is ESEE Model Management). The interviews should include the executive, a supervisor and a front-line worker. The results of the interviews should be written in the form of a SWOT or SOAR Framework Analysis paper.
***The interview guide I have attached to you already. You don’t need to conduct the interview or attach all question to the paper again. Just make up some stories,some cliches and write a framework analysis. ^ ^
