My professor wants me to write a formal report on different treatment programs for adolescents with depression, and if they worked out or not. Pretty much the pros and cons of them as well. The paper needs to have margins that are an inch everywhere, and the left hand margin needs to be an 1.5″ because I need to have it bound before turning it in. Obviously I cant have anything plagiarized, I also need to turn it into turnitin.com. The due date is April 28th. I have attached my Formal Report Proposal so you can get a feel for what I’m writing on. I need to have a table of contents, pages numbered, works cited in APA formatting, graphics, and Appendices A & B with my other papers I’ve worked on. I have attached the paper he handed out for our formal report proposal to help you out. I will also attach what someone has done on his report from last year so you can get a feel for what my professor is looking for.
